My favorite band is Linkin Park. The type of music they play is rock/metal with a bit of techno as one of the members of the band, Joe Hahn, uses some effects in each song. They are my favorite band because the lyrics of their songs make sense, unlike some metal and rock bands who just throw some sentences together, that doesn’t make much sense. Linkin Park started out as a high school band, which wanted to become famous with their songs and so they have - at the moment they have over fifty million sold albums and rising.

I enjoy listening to music. Music makes me both active and calm depending on the songs I choose to listen to. For example, songs like 'Raining Blood' ,by Slayer, makes me active and quite hyper, while songs like 'Little things give you away', by Linkin Park, calm me down. I used to listen to rap for a couple of years but I got bored with that type of music as I found that most of the songs became very repetitive - that's when I started listening to Linkin Park.

I have also seen Linkin Park live at the Millenium Stadium in England in January 2008 - WAS THE BEST CONCERT EVER!!!!
